Johannesburg businessman Dave King says he and the South African Revenue Service have spent over R400m in legal fees so far in his tax case. King, who faces more than 300 charges including racketeering and money laundering, said SARS was using the charges as leverage to get as much money out of him as possible in a settlement for his alleged tax evasion.
Dave King has called a press conference today, to give the media his side of the story regarding his tax affairs. He faces charges of racqueteering and money laundering.
